For natural gemstones, we partner with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) on natural diamonds and GRS (Gemsearch Swisslab) for precious natural gems.

We have a strict policy that all purchases made through our platform are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for any item. Rest assured that our team thoroughly inspects every piece to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality.

In the rare occurrence that your order has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within three days of delivery to request a replacement. It is important to note that the item must be unused and still in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline any replacement request if we suspect that the items have been used or deliberately damaged.
