Step 2
Gemstones & Material Selection Process
Once initial deposit (50% of the estimated value) has been received, our Gemologists will select an option that match your criteria and budget for you to choose from. This ensures you have the best options available based on your preferences and budget.
You will review the selected gemstones with the help of your dedicated gemologist using the 360 videos or photos provided.
In parallel, we will also proceed to the CAD design phase.
What you can expect is a curated selection of high-quality gemstones / diamonds that are sourced from our global network and expert advice from GIA to help you make an informed decision.
Step 3
Design Process
Work with our designers will turn your ideas into detailed CAD renders, providing a visual representation of your piece.
Choose your embellishments, such as colored gemstones or diamonds, and your preferred metal, whether it's white gold, yellow gold, platinum.
Review the design and provide any feedback. We'll make adjustments until you're satisfied.
What you can expect is a clear and accurate visualization of your custom piece and a final design for your approval.
Deposit and Payments Terms
Payment for Confirmation
To begin the custom jewelry process, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. For orders exceeding $8,000, we offer flexible payment terms of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. The initial deposit will initiate the CAD rendering process, and the remaining balance will be due when your piece is ready for delivery.
For orders under $8,000, full payment is required at the time of order placement. This approach helps us minimize transaction costs and ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to crafting your custom design.

Payments can be made via Wise, PayPal (Friends and Family), or Bank Transfer.
